It was the first time leaving our two rabbits with Chelmsford Bunny Lodge and it was a great experience. Lou and her family are very knowledgeable and care a lot about their guests. It was a very smooth experience from booking their stay, to drop off and pick up. I really liked their online system where you can write information about each of your rabbits, their diet and habits. Also great to see photos of our bunnies on their social media while we were away so we knew they were doing well. Our rabbits came back very happy which made us happy too!! 😊
