I got a spoilt food in my package the chicken teriyaki was smelling foul, there was huge hair in one of kuskus, I would not suggest anyone to buy from this place, when I called the customer service, they were rude and I dint get any refund back, this company is full of scam, don't buy from there

I ordered food from Chefly and it was never delivered. Their driver was incredibly rude on the phone. He asked for my address which he should have had, and refused to say what company he was working for. I didn’t want to give my address to a random person. When he finally admitted he worked for DPD/Chefly after 2 calls he hung up with me. I went outside and saw him parked very far down the street. He left before I could reach him. I called DPD to let them know about their unprofessional driver and ask for a delivery, but DPD said only Chefly can do anything about it. I tried to reach Chefly and no one is responding to their customer service contact messages. Someone at DPD/Chefly really should listen to the first call the driver made to me. Crazy. I guess I need to call my bank now to see if there is any way to get my money back since I can’t reach Chefly directly. Awful first experience with this company.

Used to be good, now poor customer service. Was a long time subsciber and meals are generally very good. On occasion some of the meals weren't great but overall i was happy. Had 2 occasions when deliveries did not arrive on time but good customer service sorted those out. Unfortunately recent customer service has been poor when discounts not applied or had issues repsosne has been very poor, feels like they have just outsourced their support overseas. As such i cancelled my subcscription as this sort of service lives and dies on great service. Worth a punt but be aware that service levels have dropped.

Chefly is a scam! I placed an order, made payment and never received my food. I was initially in touch with Zhoubin from their team (before I was supposed to get my meals) but after that date, they stopped responding. I don't recommend. And I guess the learning here is "don't trust Facebook ads".
