I placed an order online it arrived with a broken plate which was replaced (packaging could be better) few days later I noticed some cracks in some cup handles which I informed them online, no reply was given. A tad disappointed since I paid a lot of money for a dining set. It’s probably better to go in store to purchase items as you can check what your getting. Online customer service - 5/10
