Worst GP 👨‍⚕️I have ever been seen absolutely they don’t do anything for you. You just want you to die

Extremely poor service. One of my worst experiences was when they booked an appointment for me, I took the morning off work to get to the appointment and when I arrived all the shutters were down and the entire practice was shut. Apparently the doctor decided to work from home home that week and decided not to open up the practice and another member of staff denied they had any record of my appointment which was unbelievable given they told me my appointment time twice. After finally getting on the phone I was met with an apparent lack of empathy from staff. They said they’d book me a telephone appointment and called the completely wrong day that they told me, they don’t respond to prescription queries, the practice itself looks extremely run down. There’s a lack of efficiency and care from this practice and everyone I’ve spoken to about it has had similar or if not worse experience to mine. I personally would avoid if you can and try going elsewhere

Absolutely poor service! Shocking to be waiting 30 min to be cut of again and again. No one answering but just putting the phone down.

TODAY (30Mar2023) in the morning 11:00~12:10 noon this Medical Centre gave me a good and warm memory in my life. I experienced an excellent services in skills and caring from a nurse whose name is Donna Brown (District Nurse). From the starting moment I entered her treatment room, she worked diligently serving follow-up professionally on my two wounds near right chest and neck due to small-scale surgery operation last week in another hospital. She firstly clarified over phone calls to the nurses of my previous hospital without giving up easily for seizing an appropriate nursing service to my wounds. Indeed I am grateful to her. She is considerate and kind to her patient like me. She made clear first the suitable nursing procedures and gave care to me in addition to her professional skill♥️.

Not perfect but they’re a good GP on the whole. The receptionists have always been helpful and kind over the phone and in person. The GPs and nurses are all very different people but attentive and ultimately want the best for you. If you’re calling for an appointment yes you do need to wait on the line but I don’t see how it’s different to other GPs in the city. I also appreciate the LGBT posters and certificate! Only thing is my boyfriend has had some trouble before having the right prescription sent over but they did try to rectify the situation ASAP.

I'm very surprised by some of these other reviews as I have been fortunate to receive a great service. Something that stood out to me, moving from the south of England is how kind the receptionists are here. I've had a great experience with booking appointments online, the receptionists are very sweet and listen and all of the GP's I've had appointments with have been empathetic and helped with my concerns.

One receptionist and a manager rude and unhelpful over the phone. Took me another 1 hour to get through to another receptionist who was way more helpful and completely contradicted her unhelpful / rude colleagues.
