Awful service. Called up wanting to have some items shipped but their website wasn’t working when it came to checkout (was told on the phone it hadn’t worked for ages). Gave him a list of stuff I needed, said he had it all and could take payment over the phone. Said he needed to work out the shipping costs and then get back to me in a few moments. After a few hours I called back and he said he had just been busy at the shop, but would call me back soon. We even confirmed contact number. Never heard from him again. Don’t think he ever intended to call me back. Sad thing is, if he couldn’t do delivery and had just said that, I have family who live minutes from the shop who could’ve collected it for me and would have a regular customer now. Sort your service out!
