The staff was really good, the surgeon not so good, I had my procedure done on the 3/2/2023 at 8.30the surgeon explained how many times he had done e cataracts surgery I was asked to lie on the bed I was extremely nervous and my anxiety was really high The stats probe was put on my finger, Then a cover was put over my face which I was not told to expect . I was then told to look to the light and then a clamp was placed over around my eye I was not explained any of this which made me go absolutely rigid and my anxiety was through the roof He kept telling me to relax and proceeded to do the to do the cataract surgery. I have never felt so anxious I ended up with my hair absolutely ringing wet through I'm hoping that I never have to have a 2nd surgery mary wilcockson

I was referred here (NHS) due to needing a cataract removal.I found the staff very polite and helpful. From my assistant date to my surgery date was a mater of 2 days 😁 I was so nervous 😒as I was going to be awake for this 1... Laying on the bed within a few minutes my vision was so clear again.. Thank you so much to the staff again 💐
