Even 1 star is to high a score, I have been trying to ring to re-schedule and appointment since Friday only to hear the repetitive reply "sorry all staff are busy". I have had a text reply to a message I wrote in effect thanking me for contacting you and inviting me to ring. If I cannot re-arrange my appointment that will be another waste of your resources.
