I ordered 3 milkshakes and 2 Brownies at 9:30pm.. 10:30pm I called over 18 times, no answer from Cheat Daze. I spoke to Deliveroo who asked me to wait 15 minutes as the order was marked for delivery. It's now 11:27pm. No answer. No milkshake. Deliveroo refused to give a refund as Cheat Daze marked delivery as pending. It's bloody 1:40am and no sign of the milkshakes or dessert. The staff at Cheat Daze are absolutely pathetic. No common sense. No care for their customers. How are you running a business by robbing peoples money and not providing any food!!! Absolutely shocking. In future, NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! IF I COULD RATE THIS -10, ID HAVE RATED IT -15.

The service from Cheat daze is absolutely appalling. I ordered 4 milkshakes at 10.40pm, deliveroo app said "out for delivery" at 11.05pm. At 11.30pm I started calling, after 31 calls and just getting an answer phone message I contacted Deliveroo to cancel and get a refund. They told me to give them 15 more mins, I did, but still no milkshake after which they told me they cant refund as cheat daze claim it's already out on delivery. I finally got through to cheat daze and the guy on the phone was so rude and told me they been very busy and nothing he can do and if I want a refund to take it up with Deliveroo and nothing he can do, told me he was too busy to talk to me and put phone down 🤬. I will never ever use them again, I'll stick with Archies, at least 45mins is 45 mins and not 2hrs.
