Upon our complaints the owner, mortified, gave us back the extra £20 he had taken for cleaning the room and sent the cleaner to clean everything. At least! A metà...Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato le lenzuola non cambiate dalla precedente visita, e il bagno sporco. La moquette non era stata aspirata: a dimostrazione di ciò la custodia vuota di un condom ed un'unghia. Alle nostre rimostranze il proprietario, mortificato, ci ha restituito i 20 pound extra che aveva preso per la pulizia della stanza e ha mandato l'addetta a pulire tutto. Almeno!
