After an initial terrible customer experience - 2 hours waiting on the phone of which in the last 70 mins I was supposedly "number one in the queue" before I finally gave up. Rang back a bit later and they had enabled "Customer Ring back" so I was called back by the surgery and was able to make my appointment and also get a renewed subscription.

8 months still not been seen a dr was meant to be referred still nothing . Reception are awful and poorly trained aswell .Needs investigating not fit for purpose

I have been with Cheadle Hulme Medical group most of my life and I have nothing but praise for them. I have been treated with courtesy and care by the doctors. My only concern was that I was unable to get through on the phone at times but now they have introduced a call back service it is much better.
