Heard such good things about this surgery as a family member goes here. so i tried to join, however rang me a couple days later and told me they were declining me because i missed a registering appointment back in 2015! do they not take into account things happen in life? I’ve never heard anything as so laughable and ridiculous in my whole life when trying to join a doctors! Such a shame!

The Dr seems not to read my notes. They are telling me that I have a bunion when podiatry and orthopaedic are telling me that I have arthritis. I have had blood tests to confirm this at least five years ago. I have been told that I need an operation on my foot but this seems too be ignored.
