Shocking service, took a long time for me to finally ask for help, but not getting it, can’t afford to go private so basically I am stuffed. They know my problems yet refuse to help me anymore. I will never go back to this surgery and can not recommend them anymore.

Need to have an HP review. Thought it was booked last Monday. Mix up in diaries- was today. Appt cancelled by text today at 09.00am AND I WAS IN TGE BUILDING. Cancellations were agreed on Friday last week and they only send messages out today. Get your IT and communications sorted.

Waited all day for a phone call understandably as they are busy and I'm not high priority. Dr Emma called end of the day at quarter past 5, to tell us to do a PCR Test as they don't except lateral flows these are pointless and waste of time, I tried to explain there is no point doing one so late in the day as I've missed the post cut off so wouldn't be seen now until Monday and that's if I can get an appointment. She was rude abrupt and in the end hung up on me.Called the practice back and spoke to the the deputy manager Antony who I don't think reliesed the phone was not put o secrecy and said who is it which isn't the nicest or most caring way to be greeted. He was unhelpful and sarcastic throughout our phone call and not at all concerned his Doctors think it's ok to hang up on patients. This is not the first time we have had problems with this practice and other friends and family have also had similar issues. I'm not someone who calls the doctor's unless I need to particularly at times like these bit I am fed up with the constant uncaring attitude. You are made to feel like you wasting there time that your name will be put on a list and made just to feel like a difficult person. I have come away feeling angry hurt and upset which is no good for anyone's Mental Health I really hope this gets looked into but I doubt it.
