I just want to say how impressed I am with the general running of the practice but in particular with Dr Reeves and the pharmacy team. Being able to contact the practice electronically has saved me lots of time and I have avoided having to take time off work. Having said that, Dr Reeves has also been quick to see me, face to face, when it was required. Thank you all very much!

The team at Chawton House Surgery kindly saw my daughter after I called 111 and I was directed to them as we were staying in Lymington for a short break. From calling to book an appointment to seeing the Doctor, I was extremely impressed with the surgery. The reception team were very courteous and the Doctor was lovely. It is a large surgery and well maintained with a nice feel about it. I wish there was a surgery like this closer to home! Many thanks to the whole team.

I have been with the surgery for over a year now and after a heart attack in March and other issues have had a lot of appointments. The reception staff have always been excellent - very polite and helpful. I have not had any problems in arranging appointments, both urgent and non-urgent The doctors I have seen have been brilliant, very understanding, knowledgeable and supportive. I have always left the surgery visits feeling reassured and confident with my treatment. Thank you to everybody working there. Graham.

Whilst the doctors here are very good, they are really let down by their staff on reception. Maybe I am unlucky speaking to the same lady every time, but she is so incredibly rude. As this is effectively your 'front of house' I think something needs to be done. I understand that this can be a stressful job (however aren't all jobs these days?) but if I spoke to my 'customers' the way she speaks to me I would be out of a job VERY quickly.
