Had my windows done a couple of years ago and when it's windy both my bay windows creak! Thought it was too good to be true fitting both in half a day. Was promised professional fitters, they were not. They were rude when asked about leaving a brick sticking out and pointing not finished and just leaving for the day.

Sadly, the outside fitter of my windows did a shoddy job, leaving brick and render end exposed and tjought it was OK just to use a sealant rather than taking the time to pointing. The mess was awful and they had to return to clean up. The Director Paul popped in to have a quick look!! and made all sorts of excuses for the work done. I don't think 'sorry' was in his volcabulary and he seemed irritated that I was complaining. It took 3 more visits to complete the job properly, but not before I challenged the outside fitter, who was anout to point over the messy sealant. He ripped off the masking tape saying 'It makes no odds to me, Musses. I pointed out that it did in fact make odds to me and to do the job properly. No acknowledgement from Paul Heaton, a director to 3 emails sent but did speak on phone after 4th email. Again no apology. All in all, work done outside, was a shoddy rush job and messy. I felt that had I been a man, I would not have been spoken to/dealt with as I was, by fitter and more surprisingly by a Director, of the company. It so tiring dealing with individuals who have little respect for customers and argue the toss with women, because they think they can!!!

Chatsworth windows have been amazing since the day we visited the showroom. They have kept us informed throughout the process and we are delighted with our lovely new windows.
