Tried to contact the stove aspect of the company. Very difficult to get hold of. Tried to place an order on multiple occasions but was unable to. Rang reception that informed me there was only one person to contact and couldn't help me any further. Product it's self looks like a great quality product. Never tried so hard to hand over my money. Can't comment on the stone and building aspect of the company as didn't have anything to do with them. Would have love to get a the product but went elsewhere, who fulfilled my order and delivered in as little as 3 day.
