I registered my brother as a temporary patient and he was seen promptly. My experience with this surgery from the first phone call to the reallly helpful and kind receptionists, the GP, and the nurses. It was first class in understanding and care. I cannot speak too highly of practice.

I was removed from this GP practice with no warning and was not notified of my future appointments being cancelled. The receptionist on the phone was very rude and accused me of signing up for another GP practice when I have not. When I told her I hadn't she kept insisting that I have, although I think I would know if I had requested a registration form for another GP, filled it in and then returned it. Absolutely ridiculous situation, I am very annoyed.

This is definitely the best surgery I have used in my 60 years. I have nothing but praise for the doctors, nurses and receptionists. They are friendly, helpful and caring. During the pandemic, I have been able to make telephone appointments and see people face-to-face. All the doctors take time to listen and advise and will get tests and bloods if needed. Yes, it takes a while to get through on the telephone if you ring first thing in the morning, but if you are sensible and ring at non-peak times, then it is not difficult to get through. Prescriptions can be sent through to your nearest pharmacy and repeats can be ordered online. Would highly recommend this very professional and caring practice.

I find it very easy to get a physical appointment or a hospital referral when necessary. Phone appointments are also available but I'm uncomfortable with those. All of the medical staff and the reception staff are unfailingly professional, and appropriately friendly if I make the first move. They are all human and not there to be abused.
