Updated May 2023 Chatoo has some amazing frames, so I recently decided to get a second pair of glasses from them. But even better than the frames is their customer service! Malika truly cares that you are happy as a customer, which I am. In fact, I have received many compliments on my latest glasses. ---------------------------------------------- So I finally took the plunge and ordered a gorgeous pair of glasses from Chatoo. Again their service was second to none and they answered all my questions with the care, deligence and expert knowledge I want from an opticians. I'll be going back next year to get another pair of glasses! Previous post: The service at Chatoo is some of the best I have ever had at an opticians! Both my wife and I are extremely picky about our glasses, so we really appreciate the care and consideration the staff give us. They are knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. I've been in several times to try on different frames and make the right choice, and not once have they tried to force me to buy something just to make a sale. I'm on the verge of buying a pair of glasses, not only because of the stellar customer service, but also because I know that they will look after me even after the sale.

I most certainly plan to return - the team were incredibly friendly and there was a definite family vibe. The examination was conducted professionally, accurately and with a tacit determination to improve my sight - they tenaciously pursued an anomaly in my eyesight and were able to identify a possible medical condition and propose a measure to significantly improve my vision in addition to making a large correction to what I thought my prescription was. Throughout this, I was given lots of fantastic advice that I will be sure to follow, both for my continued good optical health and for the frame style (yes, I needed it). I'm confident that the frames that I ordered will suit me fantastically and profusely thank the team for their hard work and geniality!
