    Absolutely a must visit shop in york. There isa great grange of different drinks and toppings, which the staff are very knowledgeable about. The staff are very kind and helpful, especially when addressing any queries you have. The service is very fast and the shop is very aesthetic.

    I normally love coming to Chatime however, my most recent visit was disappointing. There was a large queue and two girls working. The cashier was taking orders as efficiently as possible despite the business. However, the barista had two friends walk in and she then proceeded to chat. Totally understandable to want to say hello, and maybe even chat while working. But what I didn’t think was okay was having a bunch of cups needing to be prepared and just standing there chatting. The drink was good, but the service needs improvement.
