Took my car here for a wash as it was very dusty. Car is 9 weeks old and I usually hand wash it myself but had no time. Car is damaged as they’ve left scratches on my brand new Audi! Absolutely fuming and of course they will not claim liability, the car was perfect before bringing it to Chatham Car Wash and now I’m left with damage! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Just went in for the usual once a week car wash to find bird poo was missed on the roof.... again first time thought nothing of it it happens second time bit annoying third times a joke.... and one dirty sod even wiped a bogie on my back door to compliment the wash which I found 5 minutes after the wash when I parked it even had the finger smears in it what a f××king cheek I wont be going back again. Paid £19 for my 5 seater SUV. The alloys are still dirty and inside the car where it was obviously dirty hasn’t been cleaned either. You’re rushed out for the next customer so don’t get a chance to look or say anything and they charged a lot for a job that hasn’t been well done 🙄🙃
