Dan is far from ordinary, he is exceptionally talented and sees the weaknesses in our motions and biomechanics. And is able to quickly isolate functional problems not just with a muscle but the whole train of movement. Dan makes workouts far from boring and tailors them to your needs and goals. Simply the range of motions Dan can move you through you simply can’t get on an app and is tailored to your needs.     The great thing about training with Dan is that you don’t end up doing generic cardio and weights exercises. Everything Dan does is tailored to the individual and he made a concerted effort to listen to and understand my personal goals. He also continually thinks of new ways to achieve those goals so the training is ever changing and enjoyable. As a result the rewards are fantastic if you put the effort in.
