Well we can we start Chase and team where so amazing and accommodating though out the whole of our trip Chase when out he's way to check in with us as we was heading though haircastle tunnel The boat was a lovely and very enjoyable boat to handle the process of booking and paying was for me a very simple and pleasant experience I highly recommend chasharden boats to anyone So much so we are all ready getting ready to book are next trip and we only just got back lol u often find some falts But we really didn't we has a perfect holiday the only two negatives I could say i have are the ergonomics of the boat control's but really I am just being very picky lol as there was nothing wrong just I like to have things a certain way And the 2nd Negative is actually more aimed at the crt for lack of maintenance during the off peak season but that's nothing to do with Chasharden boats as when we came a copper in Birmingham due to an unpleasant and unprecedented amount of litter in the canals Chasharden where very quick to come out and helps get back on our way's so it really was a perfect holiday And we can't whait till the next one

This is a small, family run business who look after their boats. They are very easy to talk to and they will give you advice on different canal routes if you want it. We never feel rushed which is really nice. Their boats are well maintained and are good value for money. We've hired boats off Chas for about 5 years now and have just enjoyed another great holiday.

We have just had a fabulous few days on Thorin - a well appointed , comfortable boat. Sadly a family crisis meant we had to return home mid-holiday but the kindness and consideration shown to us by the charterers meant a great deal. We will definitely return!
