Cannot fault anybody employed at Peugeot Aldershot. From receptionist, mechanics, service department and sales staff. A special thank you to Emily who made the purchase of our new motability car so simple, even though due to circumstances beyond all our control we had to defer delivery for a month. Emily thank you for taking pictures of my wife unveiling her new car, you certainly made her feel special. If everybody in the car sales industry were as efficient/courteous/obliging as Emily , the car industry would be in a wonderful position. Emily we can not thank you enough for everything you done for us, you really are a SUPER STAR. Circumstances prevailing we will be back in 3years, when it is time to change the car again. I bought a brand new 308 5 weeks ago from the garage 1500 miles done everything was fine until my car was caught in a rain and hail storm last week. Every piece of metal on the car has been damaged approx £15000 worth of damage possibly even written off. The dealership say it requires a bonnet roof and 4 doors minimum. Do cars crumple these days in the rain?? The staff were all shocked at the damage and saying they have never seen anything like it, the new 308 was the only car damaged in the car park!!!!!!! I took it straight back questioning the build and was this to be expected after heavy rain and hail, if it is good luck 308 owners. They sent off for a decision to see if it would be repaired by them, this took nearly a week for somebody to decide that no they will not repair the damage to it. In my mind there is clearly something not right with the new model as I wouldn’t expect a brand new car to have damage caused to this extent by a rain and hail storm this is the UK after all. I am now left with a car virtually worthless. Please do not buy the new model 308 from Aldershot unless you plan to use it only on dry days or keep it under cover from the rain. This dealership and car manufacturer have shown that they think more of making money, once the cars have been sold they clearly don’t care as they should have dealt with this one off unique incident much better. I and my family will not buy cars from them again and would encourage you to do the same.
