Really good service from the Charters financial. Jon Chalk and Russell Jones have been extremely helpful. They are very responsive and always there when you need them. Jon was very good in explaining everything to me. As a first time buyer I was rather clueless but he made it so I could understand everything and he was more than happy answering all my questions. They did a great job in hunting for a good mortgage for me, even reassessing after the rates changed, rather than settling for what they had. They made everything super easy for me. Can’t fault them. If you are a first time or shared ownership buyer then definitely go for these guys. Much appreciated.
