Chawley has helped us immensely throughout our initial few years of home ownership. We have worked with him at Charters and his former employer since 2015. In fact, we came all the way to Romsey, from sunny Amesbury, to continue working with him after he moved jobs because he has been nothing but superb the entire way through. We have had three mortgages arranged by Chawley and this will be our fourth! Chawley has an absolute knack for being able to judge his client's needs perfectly, because he listens intently and is genuinely interested in long term plans and aspirations. His advice is always on point, it's always simply explained, with brilliant drawings and diagrams and he clearly puts in a lot of effort into researching solutions and implementing them before and after our meetings. You honestly couldn't work with a nicer, more understanding and knowledgeable advisor. Couple that with someone who is also contentious, quick to act when instructed and well aware of market trends and changes and its easy to see why we have kept coming back. All I can say is go in and see him in person. We always felt so much less worried about things after a good chat with Chawley!
