Absolutely woeful They cancelled our viewing within 40 minutes of it happening when they knew we was travelling far. But before they did that they tried to up the rent by 100 per month and engage me in a "bidding war" for a rented property! Beware of these estate agents, and of all Estate agents for that matter.

I can’t recommend Charters Farnham more. This was our first house purchase, and Nick Degoede was excellent thought the entire process. With a few delays during our purchase, Nick was always on hand to help to try to resolve the issues between the sellers solicitors and ours. His communication was great, and always replied to phone calls or emails in a timely manner. Overall, Charters Farnham made our first house purchase a good experience. Would recommend to others.
