We signed up with Charters when we were in the process of selling our home. They were incredibly helpful and the cost was competitive. The house sold within 2 weeks. We then were passed to Stephen who progressed the sale, liaising between all parties. He was very good and put a lot of effort into helping us with our journey and trust me it wasn’t straight forward!! Thankyou Stephen. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that when the agent from Charters was showing our first potential customer around he misinformed them about the heating in the kitchen, so we had to step in also he arrived at the same time as the customer, (hence why he didn’t know about it) But that’s a minor issue. Thanks also to Andy who also helped push this forward especially in the final weeks.
