I was very happy with how the Service Department dealt with the cambelt recall work on my sister's DS3. They did a good job and the work was done sooner than estimated. They did keep in touch well by phone, they returned calls, and were always helpful. But it was almost impossible to get straight through when phoning them. Offering email or WhatsApp as a additional contact option would be helpful - but other than that, great job.

Absolutely shocking! Over a year since we placed our order on a brand new car and still don’t have it! We’ve had very little direction to when we will get our car customer service is none existent we’ve been lied to so many times I’ve lost count we’ve been given so many dates of when we was expected to get our car and still nothing!! Stay clear of this branch is my best advice. Our car has been in the uk for approx two months at a compound near Kent but yet they can’t tell us when we will have it…

Purchased a c5 aircross 6wks ago. Paul who took me through the whole buying process without any pressure was very professional and easy to talk to and would highly recommend you ask to see him. After two weeks of owning the car I washed it only to have several stone chips appear. (previous owner Did a bloody good job at disguising them) I brought the car back and cmplained I was handed over to Jason who I believe is the manager He was very apologetic and reassured me he would get it sorted. I was totally shocked by what happened next my car was taken in and every panel that had a chip was totally resprayed. I picked my car up this afternoon and it looks better than when I bought it. Jason and Paul where totally amazing. I highly recommend anyone to visiting charters aldershot and meet this outstanding team 10 stars. One highly satisfied customer.

Vehicle went in as it wouldn’t start Came out with damage to the exterior and damage to the interior After denying the damage to my vehicle, pictures were shown of the vehicle in their car park (without damage) Sent the vehicle back with cables handing over the brake pedal!!! Terrible service and communication. Avoid and go elsewhere Trading standards are now involved No one should have their vehicle treated like this
