Had an awful exam experience with these people. 2.5 hr online exam - averted eyes from the screen for literally 2-3 seconds to rest, and they threatened to fail me. When I said NHS recommendations say we should rest our eyes for 20 seconds every 20 minutes when looking at a screen - they didn’t even bother to comment on that or show how they comply, and instead gave a gaslighting response instead - suggesting I ask for reasonable adjustments next time…for permission… to rest my eyes…seriously?! I passed the exam, but the online experience is the worst I’ve ever had in my life. I’d recommend going to one of the other providers who aren’t so draconian.
