Through a combination of show room and home visits Ben delivered a vision for our kitchen by providing two contrasting design options, one of which we chose. He spent time getting to know us, and our life style, even organising a visit to Bora in London for a demonstration. His talent as a designer came before selling - actually there was very little selling! Charter Walk’s customer service approach meant that we were fully informed at each and every stage of the project. It felt like they were keen for us to maintain our time schedules despite the supply chain challenges impacting the delivery at that time. We now have a stunning high quality contemporary kitchen that allows our culinary lifestyle to be centre stage. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Charter Walk.

For only a moderate step up from high street brand prices we have ended up with an amazing custom kitchen and utility room. The look is amazing and always generates a "wow" when visitors walk in. Ben and the team didn't rush us, and supported multiple design iterations in a very collaborative process. They were happy to advise but also listened to our ideas and goals. The installation was flawless, and they were flexible and innovative when the inevitable challenge came up, and worked well with our builders.
