My experience so far has been awful. Still waiting for the buildings insurance company to contact me. Emails do not get responded to or voicemail and as there is only one person to run the whole thing, its a complete nightmare!

Trash. Nothing gets fixed - you have to call 5/6 times to get a response. The receptionist is awful - doesn't even know when your property manager is out of office on holiday, tells you to call back and try again, without even knowing they're working. We've had a broken door for 2 months now. Calls, emails, posts on the message board go unanswered. If you're thinking about employing this company to handle your property - go ahead if you want an army of angry tennants. Everyone I've spoken to thinks they're dross. Pure s**t.
