Totally unprofessional! Booked for a quote for new fence. The person turned up late which was a bad first impression. We then waited ages for a quote to be sent and when it finally was their were mistakes with both my name and address which wasn’t accurate. Again not a good sign! Then on to the actual quote where half of what had been asked for wasn’t even mentioned on the quote!!! Upon emailing them to let them know of the issues with the spelling of the name, the address being inaccurate and the quote missing things of it I never received a reply back regarding it. No lose really as even if they had replied I certainly wouldn’t be using them if this is the professionalism before they even have your money!!!!
