Had an appt here today for wax removal. I was very apprehensive as I have never had this done before and was worried it would be painful. A lovely lady called Lynne described the procedure in detail and was very professional and definitely made me feel at ease. I am pleased to say it didn't hurt at all and was done very quickly!
