I have oxygen therapy weekly to help my symptoms of long Covid. It really improves my daily life. Ben and his team are so caring and supportive. Highly recommend this therapy for anyone who has a chronic illness.

I cannot say enough good things about my treatment and care at Charms. They were always willing to help, listen to my concerns and offer alternatives and advice if needed. They were very understanding and considerate of how I felt. The treatment was fantastic, always spotless and I always knew what was going on. Thank you for everything you did for me!

This is a fantastic facility. Dr write and his mother have been running it for the last manny many years. They provide this service for just a small donation but I believe the actual cost is far higher. My experience of using this service is nothing but all praises. I wish they carry on with this facility in the distant future

I attended as much as twice weekly from about September 2021 until I was referred to Braintree Community Hospital 11th May 2022 for leg ulcers. The Chamber helped in conjunction with the GP Practice during the Covid when Braintree's Tissue Viability (Ulcer) clinic was closed. The Practice Nurses are not necessarily Tissue Viability specialists and so the pressurised oxygenation from the Chamber made up for the difference ie powerful "Compression dressings". The oxygen from the Chamber helped things along when there was not much else available of a specialist nature. I have had HBOT in the past and having seen the results in others I am disappointed that the NHS and medical profession generally does not support its expanded use by way of finance and referrals. CHARMS is a community health centre and deserves better support accordingly. Barrie Stevens. Chelmsford, Essex.

I had covid in December 2020 and was hospitalised with covid pneumonia and autonomic dysfunction. I spent almost 9 months in hospital and then rehab and was diagnosed with POTs. I was unable to sit without fainting and was wheelchair bound. The long covid symptoms I developed were multiple and crippling fatigue left me unable to get through a day. Prior to covid I ran regularly and did yoga three times a week so my life was completely transformed by my health issues. I needed carers three times a day and was unable to stand without support. I began coming to CHARMS in early 2022 and within a few weeks felt an improvement in the fatigue. Ben Judith and team gave me confidence in the early weeks when I felt quite anxious about going in to the chamber. By July I was able to say goodbye to my wheelchair and my carers. I now attend weekly (I can even drive myself!) and I really notice a decline in my energy levels when I miss a week. This is a fantastic community service. The expertise and support of the staff is a gift to the people who use the facility - for me personally it has given me my life back. I am able to work again and no longer reliant on a wheelchair or care provision. I am independent again thank goodness! I am more grateful than I can describe and would recommend HBOT as a consideration for healing for others.

Spent many hours in the chamber with MS and cancer, am now recovered from both. I was in a wheelchair for sometime but am now able to walk around. What will we do if the landlords get their way and refuse to renew our lease
