I had a package redirected to this post office as I was not in and needed it urgently. I turned up at about 2pm on the Friday afternoon to collect it only to find it closed, I then found out it was closed on the Saturday also! What kind of business let alone a post office is shut during these times? Were not in the 1970's!! They have caused me all kinds of problems!! I knew it was a mistake using Royal mail, DPD next time!!

Post office/Royal mail have gone down hill and they lose mail and parcels, 1st class ends up 3rd class, branches closed, or open for a couple of hours when people are at work, Customer services non existant been ringing for weeks half hour at a time, no answer, website is rubbish sends you round in circles.

Post office opening hours are wrong. I deliberately chose this as a collection point for my parcel as it says it is open until 8pm. It isnt, I asked a member of tesco store staff and they actually close at 5.30 everyday and have done for a long time. Website should be updated to reflect this .

It’s a shame there isn’t a zero star option. I’m fed up of trying to collect parcels from this particular post office when it is always closed. Ignore the post office website opening times because they’re wrong. This post office appears to operate on an ad-hoc basis, whenever they can be bothered to have enough staff in. If you’re looking for inconvenience, please come here.

Great Post Office I use it most mornings before going to work and love seeing the ladies, they are cheeful and very helpful. The shop is compact but still pretty well stocked, very helpful and friendly staff.
