I recently had an appointment with Sophia and let me tell you that she made me feel absolutely INCREDIBLE! I’ve already rebooked to have my makeup done with her again! I went in hoping to buy a new concealer/powder and probably would have bought more if someone had even bothered to acknowledge me. Counter wasn’t even busy- not a single hello or can I help you from the staff. They were too busy floating around or chatting to eachother. I was willing to spend money as I like CT products but left empty handed because of the poor and unhelpful service.

I booked an appointment to do my makeup for a special event that I have and they did an amazing job. The lady who took care of me was so nice, calm and welcoming. She made me feel at ease and I was so confortable during the makeup. The result was even more that was I was looking for. I looked like a princess! She also gave me some nice tips to do my makeup which was very helpful.
