Had a lesson with Charlotte. Her and her team are super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We learnt about all aspects of caring for the horses as well as a lesson. Which doesn't get taught enough in my opinion! We loved our experience there. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Myself and my partner had 3 lessons with Charlotte and it was an excellent service from a clearly experienced teacher. Charlotte helped teach us both the riding side and ensured we knew how to take care of the horses before and afterwards as well. We will definitely be getting more lessons the next time we are in that area!

I have nothing but great things to say about Charlotte. My partner and I had never ridden before and we decided to take some riding lessons while we were on holiday. Immediately you can tell it's a place that cares for its horses and they are very happy, healthy and well taken care of. Lessons-wise I loved that it included learning to care for the horses, tacking up and brushing them down as well as all the stuff in the saddle. I appreciated that we were able to ride the same horses each time as it's not always possible at some riding schools. Charlotte's style of teaching is firm and clear. Along with her straightforward, no-nonsense candour she is warm and encouraging. I truly enjoyed every minute at the stables and will definitely come again next time I'm in the area! Ps: there's lots of dogs running about but they are all pretty friendly and don't bother the horses or the people. They may bark a little but they're all softies.

Nothing but high praise for this riding school. My daughter was a complete novice at 5. She had sat on other horses but we found Charlotte Springall online and we never looked back. Charlotte is attentive providing one to one lessons. Come wind, rain, snow and sun she is teaching with complete skill. We loved the 12 months being with her and were totally spoilt in her knowledge and individual tuition. We have now moved away and cant find anything that comes close to this level of teaching. This school will always hold a special place in our family's heart. We thank you. ♥️

Utter disgrace! My friend planned my hen do at springall equestrian! The 1st plan was meant to be a 2 hour hack! The plan was changed by Charlotte few days before because of a novice rider and she had no leaders, also the road was blocked and we would have to take a different route! When we arrived no one knew what was meant to be happening, one of the members of staff Ellie went to ask Charlotte and she came back told us we where going on a hack on the road and coming back to have a lesson! We filled out forms that asked our riding ability! Im experienced and my sister is similar slightly less confident. Iv been riding longer and our other friend a complete novice! Well turns out we where all being lead on the road ride, remember they had no leaders ! Clearly never read the forms they asked us to complete! I also even showed one of the members of staff Ellie me riding in canter i can clearly ride and don’t need to be lead! It wasn’t until my friend that organised it said why are these 2 in lead rein they are confident riders, only then we where taken off the lead rein! The road ride was cut shorter than the plan so we went on a 20 min road ride come back expecting an hour lesson, no one knew what was happening next! Charlotte wasn’t about ! We stood in the arena for 10 mins then was allowed to trot around once each then told we had to leave the arena as another lesson was booked! So we had just 30 mins on horse back! What a joke!! We where then taken to the bbq house as it was arranged for Charlotte to provide tea cakes sandwiches scones (afternoon tea) this was not provided Charlotte asked my friend to bring sandwiches! The crisp’s Charlotte provide where out of date we had fairy cakes and some biscuits tbh it looked like she raided her kitchen cupboards! Absolute piss poor effort and then i found out what they paid, wait for it!....... £80 per person for half hour ride and less than an hour in the bbq hut!! Are you serious!??? Compensation was offered so she knows she is in the wrong! 20% off a future lesson, is Charlotte mad? she isn’t getting another penny of us she owes us a free lesson or a refund AVOID THIS STABLES AT ALL COSTS! MONEY GRABBER SPRINGS TO MIND! DISORGANISED!!!!!!!!

I was on holiday in the area and spontaneously booked a one-off riding lesson with Charlotte Springall as a refresher lesson and it was the best schooling lesson I've ever had! (and I've been to a lot of different yards) During the lesson Charlotte really engaged me with the exercises and Charlotte's team included me in yard activities before and after the lesson which I really appreciated. I recommend you go to Charlotte Springall and her team for an engaging riding lesson where you will really learn about good rider-horsemanship. Big thank you to Charlotte and the team for a fantastic learning experience! I hope to come back for another lesson when I am in the area.
