10/10 🌟 I am so glad I come across Charlotte, she has educated me so much on my hair. After only one appointment I could not believe the transformation. It’s been just over a year now and my hair is in the best condition. I used to think having it done was a chore but I look forward to seeing Charlotte. I cannot recommend Charlotte enough, she is the only person I trust with my hair, she is so friendly and professional, thanks to her I know so much about hair and how to look after mine properly. I was scared to get balayage/ highlights as I thought it would really damage my hair but due to the hair treatments Charlotte used on me, my hair looks and feels better than it ever has!! I am so happy with my results and always am with Charlotte as she is so knowledgable in her trade.
