I did a lot of research trying to find a canine physio and Charlotte stood out. Our dog Bobby has elbow & hip dysplasia and has done for many years, and also more recently a cruciate ligament injury. Even after a few session of physio and laser his pain massively decreased and mobility was much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable and spends time with Bobby in each session - no rushing. Charlotte obviously cares a lot about the animals she treats and it really shows. At the end of every session he tries to leave with her. I honestly can't recommend Charlotte enough. She is excellent.

I could not recommend Charlotte enough. Our Frenchie had two slipped discs last June and it was such a stressful time, physio was priority to get our dogs back legs working again. Charlotte is so kind and calm and made us feel very at ease with the situation and managed our expectations with what work we needed to do to give our dog the best chance of walking again. Nearly a year later and our dog is back to himself and I could not be happier with the whole experience with Charlotte! If you are looking for a physio who is realistic but also gives you the most confident feeling Charlotte is for you. 10/10 recommend

Charlotte has been treating our 12+ year old Labradoodle for over six months now. She is so caring and targeted with her pain management treatment and we’ve seen very good results from the laser. This is on top of the pain medicines he is on from the vet which have started to be less effective for him as his arthritis further deteriorates. We are confident it works both from his improved mobility in the days after but also from the fact that our dog immediately lies down and remains completely still during his session. We highly recommend her.
