After what is always a traumatic experience of having to put our lovely dog Jasper to sleep,Charlie's Parlour really did help make the process a little easier.Fred was waiting for us at the premises and helped bring our boy in,with lots of kindness and dignity.Knowing we were leaving him in the hands of Fred and not some unknown mass pet cremation was a comfort in itself.We went and picked Jasper up the following day thankyou for the lovely paw ,nose and tail fur and Fred said he has started to do a little felting so might use some of his fur to make a little something.Highly recommended.

A disappointing and stressful experience. Communication was poor to non existent. Did not meet as agreed on two separate occasions. Ended up finding an alternative provider that I would give a 5 star rating for and turned out to be far cheaper and better value for money. Such a shame as have had good experience in the past. Will not be using in the future 👎🏻

Took me a while to get around to writing a review here but I’d definitely recommend Charlie’s Parlour. I was a little nervous about the idea of handing my boy over to somewhere unfamiliar the day after he passed. Charlies Parlour was very warm and welcoming, it really made me feel at ease taking Poseidon here, and we had him back home in no time with a little paw print that’s up next to him now. I highly recommend Charlie’s Parlour, the process was very smooth and I felt that everything was handled with care, very glad I took him here over anywhere else.

Fantastic service was made to feel so comfortable and felt so at ease leaving my beloved Minnie in their hands. It felt very personal and I know Minnie was very much taken care of. I absolutely love the little prints of her nose and paws and the whole experience made it a little easier. Definitely recommend!!

I can't rate Charlie's Parlour high enough. The care and compassion Fred showed us when we took our beloved Gizmo to him last night made such a difference at this devastating time. We really appreciated Charlie Parlour that provided caring and professional service to our little family member hamster. We lost in grief when arriving at Charlies Parlour, Fred was so kind and genuine that make us feel relieved. The whole process was very smooth and warm. We took our hamster back home in a beautiful casket after about only one hour’s waiting and a handcrafted card with the prints of the paws of our hamster (Qiuqiu) as well. Thank you, Fred.

The owner of this company is extremely kind, and obviously has an affinity with animals himself. It's beyond awful losing a little person and member of the family. You can be assured that this company is genuine, makes the process easy, and will not put you under any pressure at such a difficult time.
