Have bought our logs off Charlie for years, a local business who have a family feel to them and genuinely look after their customers. Charlie and Michael are always happy to work to their customers needs and inform on the most suitable wood/quantities needed etc. Deliveries have always been within the provided timeslots and they have always gone that extra mile to wheelbarrow them around the back into the wood shed, compared to others we have used who have dumped a pile on the drive without calling/knocking. As some others have said in their reviews, you pay for quality and service but in my opinion its worth every penny, can't imagine using anyone else so keep up the good work guys!

Used Charlies Logs a few times and had been happy until last delivery. The driver was rude and ignorant..... grunted at me that he didnt stack even though this was advertised in many places on their website...... but apparently on page states they were too busy to stack.... not clear at all. The delivery driver then damaged my patio with no acknowledgement and then the company then dismissed and asked me to prove how it was done by them and not before and including their disclaimer.... i won't be using again... Says something when the owner has to give his own Google Review

Brilliant service and product. This is the third year I have used Thier service, top quality logs i can't fault the customer service. very professional and friendly. I am a heavy user of logs that's how I heat my home. They burn hot , and I haven't been disappointed yet. A little bit more expensive, but I know exactly what I'm getting , rather than a bit cheaper which are doubtful quality at times. Well done Charlie and team providing a great service.

The logs are a little bit more expensive than some other places but are of great quality so I prefer to pay that bit extra for good quality logs. The overall service is very good and the guys that deliver are very helpful and even stack them for you. The only thing I would say is that as they are very busy so you do have to wait a good few weeks to get a delivery.

Ordered Oak kiln dried logs online and so easy. I had many emails to Micheal asking loads of questions about log types and best for us, which he answered promptly. Delivery was in time slot and all wheel barrowed through garage to fill up the waiting builders bag Any mess from unloading was swept up. “Charlies Logs” is now our log supplier as Micheal has good knowledge about the types of logs he is supplying. Myself & Hazel are very happy with Charlies Logs 👍👍
