We went here for the Gluten Free tea experience. Pio our server was very nice and helpful and made sure our daughter had a wonderful gluten free birthday experience. The maitre'd was also very generous and ensured we had a wonderful time. My only slight criticism is that if you are expecting whimsy and fun related to Charlie & the Chocolate Factory it really only comes through in the food. The decor and ambiance is classy, which is nice but a bit different from what we expected. Would definitely recommend the whole experience especially for those who are gluten free. Dietary restrictions: Our server was knowledgeable about gluten free and ensured that we were served properly and made sure my daughter had a safe and memorable time.

Amazed at the number of vegetarian options they had for afternoon tea. usually its very hard to find. our server was brilliant so so good with the kids. sadly i cant remember his name but will definitely go back to this place with kids. they had a great selection of sweet and savoury items! Vegetarian options: enough and more. would love to see them experiment more with the vegetarian options though! Kid-friendliness: great with kids!
