Awful returns experience. I received a garment which had an incredibly unpleasant odour so emailed about returning. As it was faulty, Sabeena confirmed I should return at my own cost and Charli would refund that cost. Here’s where the problems started. Firstly, I got a refund just for the jumper. I queried, they apologised and then refunded the postage they charged me but not the cost to return. I queried and they confessed they can’t refund my postage cost because they use shopify. I challenged them because it’s a breach of their own terms. No one would take my call and kept replying to emails offering me discounts - seriously I’m not going to buy from someone who can’t handle returns and who sends clothes which smell. After several ping pongs they then start saying the jumper was fine and didn’t smell so basically I should be grateful to have any postage refunded. Unprofessional company who don’t abide by their own terms. Good luck to the person who receives the jumper with an unpleasant, vinegar odour. Don’t risk buying from these guys.
