2nd time using them for fencing. Easy transaction and high quality work. Rang to book appointment for quote. Quote done, job booked, job done in time and high quality. Cleaned up afterwards and overall I would recommend. Only slight disappointment was that they offered 20% off after my quote and wouldn’t lower the price but quote was cheapest we’d had anyway.

PLEASE DONOT USE THIS COMPANY. Service disgraceful booked the job on 5th Dec didn’t turn up after lots of phone calls said they would come on the Thursday didn’t arrive my husband and I had cancelled two meeting as although we are retired we work for a caravan company part time but was told by receptionist when I rang “haha your are retired” and put the phone down on me I was furious they rang back shortly afterwards offere £50 off and said they would come today guess what no one arrived rang this morning Mr. Charleston at site meeting would ring me back rang 1.30 answerphone rang back 10minutes later apparently I had gone through to accounts that lady said she would ring me back NOTHING still waiting disgraceful customer service. Please farmers be aware if you are thing about using this Company DONT. I await a reply from you but bet I am still waiting

WHAT A SHAMBLES. We visited the business in January 2022, chose a fence style and made arrangements for a site visit which took two weeks. An e mail arrived the next day with a quote which was accepted and 28 June accepted as the earliest date to do the work. I rang and spoke to them 09:20 4 May just to check that everything was still ok and was assured that the work would be done on 28 June. I rang on the 27 June to check for time of arrival and was told that work was programmed and the lads start work at 07:30. At 10:00 28 June we received a phone call saying that they didn't have any of the fencing we had chosen and therefore they would not be coming. There was no suggestion of any alternative solutions. This was only a 9m garden fence. I would NOT recomend this business to anyone and will never try to use them again.

Come out for quote on 4th jan explained what i wanted booked appointment for 14th march had to make sure i was off work didnt turn up for appointment made 2 mnth in advance,rang they sed thy wud ring back with a guarennted date as in have dogs and wud need to be off work. Never rang back turned up randomly one day at 14.45 thy tried to ring once on tht day thy showed up but was at work. Started work without asking by starting to take down fence with been let down i cud have went to sum1 else . The guys orginally sed it wudnt be finished on tht day i says well i have dogs hrnce i adked for appointment so thy rushed the job done it in like 2 hrs but i asked for a double gate and single gate to replace what was already up mine was old and rotton .screws sticking through on new gate no latch on outside so tht i cannuse the gate thyve just left my bitnof string attached which defeats the purpose and gate dosnt even fit properly. I DID NOT get what i requested and what was quaoted for i ended up with a fence and a gate tht dosnt even fit properly do not use very poor communication iv emailed numerous times with no response so hence this reveiw Service: Wood fence installation
