My 11 y/o son has been removed from the dental practice (not by me, by the practice) even though he needed to have work done and was in the middle of the referrals process. "Our policy is that if you fail to attend or give short notice on 2 occasions then you will be removed from out dental list". So my son was sent home from school sick on the day of his appointment, i rang to rearrange.. (i guess short notice?) but unavoidable. On his next appointment my 1 y/o son fell out of morrisons shopping trolley head first when the safety belts broke and was sent to oldham hospital.. so my 11 y/o's appointment was for sure the last thing on my mind. I rang the next day to explain what happend.. and now he's been removed.. lovely.
