Really hard to get hold of relevant team Also found engagement difficult had to drive conversations and updates myself However they did deliver in the end which is also good 12th Oct Just to let you know Charleston only tried to call me once and nothing was really resolved so that automatic reply they sent me was pointless

I literally googled financial advisers and found these guys. My enquiry which was on the ambitious side started with a call where I was meant with total professionalism and a clear understanding of what it was I was looking to achieve. I was looking to finance a flat above a shop which isn’t easy and almost impossible with high street lenders but they found a way and at a staggering 75% LTV!! This then enabled me to use the funds drawdown to purchase another BTL. Hurdles met along the way are inevitable such as valuations etc however they find alternative lenders to eventually get to the right criteria. You get assigned a case worker whom in my case was exceptional and pulled out all stops to achieve the timeframes even when things got delayed by the LEGAL’s they still worked their socks off to get it across the line. I will most certainly be using the team for my Residential that is coming up early next year.
