    Went there may31st 2023 spoke to salesman sure he was a carpenter as he didn't wanna solve my problem he wouldn't check stock for my parts spare wheel and tow bar in my day the store man would have phoned over the parts which were ordered and sell them please retrain staff to increase sales I travelled 210miles round-trip with no spare wheel well done folks never ever again please don't treat people with contemp

    I have recently had a bad experience with this company and have waited until now for a full refund before writing this review as I was beginning to doubt that I would get it as I wrote to the Managing Director on 14th March and to date have not had the courtesy of a reply. I purchased a wing mirror for my Jaguar which was the wrong specification for my car. I had driven to collect it, some 80 miles return, (my choice), had it fitted (£106), but on leaving my garage it was evident that it did not have the blind spot recognition and it was removed (£50). A Jaguar wing mirror was supplied and fitted (£700). When I telephoned to complain about the wrong part being supplied, I was told that the person who sold it to me should have asked if I had "blind spot" recognition and they would have known it was the wrong part and should not have sold it to me. This admission proves it was their fault and I was merely asking for the £50 removal cost to be refunded, but as I have said, I have been ignored by the Managing Director - disgraceful. Needless to say I would never use this company again.

    What an absolute joke of a company I’ve found this to be so far. Ordered a engine from them on the 4th April. Arrived 6th April damaged (looks as though it has been dropped off the side of the tail lift of delivery service). Contacted them within 30 minutes of it being delivered telling them that there’s an issue and to be fair their responses were quick to apologise. Engine was collected on the 13th April but I’ve still no replacement engine! I’ve called them two days in a row now and MIKE on the phone has been completely useless and has no idea about what’s going on! They have £1200 of my money and I have nothing with no contact for over two weeks as to what is going on! Avoid like the plague!

    I ordered a left driver mirror in Sep 22, they supplied the wrong mirror with a sticker showing L, buy supplied the Driver side. When trying to fit it, the error was discovered. I contacted them and the collected the mirror, apologised and promised a refund. After 1 month, no money was received, I contacted them and they refused a refund based on their terms and conditions, which had a 30 day refund policy. I respectfully asked the writer to print the T&C and use them as toilet paper. As the already promised a refund and their T&C des not apply as the product does not fit the purpose. They will be paying dearly. Avoid them. They are crooks. They have responded to my message to pay I am out of the 30 day T&C. They supplied the wrong part, and I have 2 emails apologising for sending the wrong mirror and confirming a refund. They are crooks. Avoid them.
