    After working with many other MSPs in the financial sector, my firm decided to move to Charles Square. The difference in the level of service and professionalism continues to be a breath of fresh air (even after 1.5yrs). Their engineers are very knowledgable, not only about the technology we use, but also understand how we work as a firm. They cover us 24x7 and my team know, that no matter if they are travelling or it is a weekend or bank holiday they are fully covered. This is very important for us as we trade different markets at odd times. Our main concern with moving to a another MSP was the initial on-boarding as we are are 55 staff firm. Charles Square took this pain away and made the whole process seamless. You have direct access to Management and Directors, which means that you can use them as a good sounding board as they all have experience in the finance sector. I am not one to write reviews, however, I have and continue to enjoy working with Charles Square and would highly recommend them.
