Receptionist are liars and incompetent. Dr Amir is arrogant and has no time to listen to patients. Phone service is a joke. I've seen them ignore ringing phones and then be short at the callers when they eventually answer. Send you around in circles chasing your own tail. Can't wait to transfer elsewhere

Another establishment made by Asian people to take advantage of their own community. The staff have attitude problems, Dr Sangeetha is the 'Google Doc' with the empathy of a lab rat. I am sick to death of you people thinking our community deserves less. Getting an appointment is something and then when you show up, it lasts 5 seconds, they throw WHATEVER medication at you and try getting rid of you. Is this what you went to med School for? Honestly, i was with the COV road ones for 15 years of my life. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. This is the most ghetto, back-room doctors you'll ever come across.

Very bad service not from reception but due to being half arsed doctors and not telling truth about blood tests I remember when they told me my results were vitimin d efficiency when I was going through severe illness I go to QE I find out one of my kidney has failed I don’t trust this place at all I rather pay private im not one to moan over pettiness but lying about blood tests should be very shameful calll ur self doctors!

This GP practice is very bad service. When calling for an appointment you hardly get through as the automated service keeps saying "fully booked". The reception staff are extremely rude and treat patients like second class citizens. I wanted to make a private appointment with a female doctor for my daughter but was asked what's the problem hence I replied "if I told you it won't be private" and top of that she said they don't have female doctor and when I asked her is Dr Sangeeta male or female she replied female.... the reception staff are taking the practice down

To be very honest they have a poor service on the telephone, some time they have unprofessional nurses on the phone line who don't even know what they doing, I have registered with them for 5 months now and I still can't get an appointment for the past 3 months, I dont even know who my GP is, plus the doctor sometime misconduct himself (Mr amir) which is not good for the clients, they gave me the wrong medication (on the phone) one day and I had an allergy they didn't even get the time to examine me to see which blood type I am not happy
