Disappointed. After being a long time customer of this establishment you’d think they would own up to a mistake on their part. However, after taking my cracked ring in for a repair and it coming back too big to wear anymore, I was told I would have to pay yet again for it to be resized when this wasn’t the original problem. On another occasion, I paid for a clasp on a bracelet to be replaced. The same clasp then fell apart and lead to the bracelet becoming lost, less than 6 months after paying for this! Other than this, in total, I have spent more money on repairs for Jewellery purchased from this shop than the pieces themselves. The two stars which I have rated are for the lady who served us, and her alone.

I discovered Charles Nobel after being unable to find what I was after elsewhere. I wanted a lab diamond and was very happy with what I chose. Piers was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I had in mind so it was very easy to choose a stone and setting. I’ve just collected my ring and I’m really pleased with it. Thank you to Piers and staff who were all lovely. Apologies Piers as I thought I’d already added a review!

Such a great business! My wife’s engagement ring had worn and the band had split. They repaired the band and replaced some diamonds that were missing. When she got it back it looked as it did 15 years ago! Great service and excellent workmanship!

Great service, quality product and a happy bride-to-be. I enquired with Piers for a bespoke engagement ring, he helped me through the process and design. It was great to receive a CAD drawing before giving the 'go-ahead' which I wasn't expecting. If we ever need any more jewellery, we'll be back!

Took my husband's Omega moon watch in for a repair and service. After sending it off to their work shop I was told it couldn't be repaired as it needed a new part that could not be obtained, due to the age of the watch. I took it to Allum Sidaway in Ringwood who not only repaired it but it came back looking brand spanking new!
