Fantastic my wee boy has Autism and ADHD he wanted to go in and have a look at the cars. The staff were so friendly and caring answering all his wee questions he even got to sit in one which made his day and also got a few complimentary keyrings. The guy talking to him also told him about an event cars n coffee which he can't wait to go to. A little kindness goes a long way and I had one happy boy. I really can thank the receptionist and the guy enough.

Absolutely amazing I took my 11 yr old son down here and they took him in the new in Ferrari portifiono and this was a few yrs ago back but just was an amazing dealership as he prefers Ferrari than there rival Lamborghini thank you very much and another wee point it was a showroom car so was very thankful for this

After-sales service is poor. I called up to discuss a car provided new by Charles Hurst, and wanted some information on the car, which they said they could provide. It's taken me 3 phone calls and 1 email over the last 3 weeks and I've still not been provided the information. On the phone they'll tell you what you want to hear, but don't actually follow up, which is rather poor and frustrating given they're a main dealer!
